Katy Perry posted a video that she supported Runaway. The endorsement earned her some attention. Celebrate her special birthday. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was finding a keyboard within her loft and being intrigued by its sounds. Jan Oystein Aksnes' parents May Britt Aksnes advised her to pursue music for personal growth, rather than as a way of earning money or for as a hobby. She began to write writing her own songs. Her sources include noted authors Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan and her love of Bjork's style. To counter her mother's suggestion that she shouldn't be trying to become famous with their songwriting skills, she instead be aware of the significance of them as well as their contribution to society. Her mother suggested that she sing her songs in public in order to make people aware of their importance and the ways they could impact the world. It wasn't until her 14th birthday that she told her parents. It was never a dream to be Aurora. Aurora says she loves creating songs. For her, the music she composes is her way of feeling anything.
